Covelant provides AI-powered match recording, highlight generation, and stat tracking for racket sports. You agree to:

  • Use the service legally and responsibly

  • Not misuse or interfere with the camera system, app, or website

  • Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit Covelant's code, hardware, or design

  • Obtain consent from all players on court before starting a recording

3. Recording & Privacy

By using Covelant's camera system, you acknowledge that:

  • Recordings are only initiated when a player actively scans the QR code and opts in

  • All players on court should be informed and give consent before recording begins

  • If a recording is not stopped manually, it may be automatically deleted for privacy and security purposes

  • Covelant is not responsible for recordings made without the consent of all participants

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

5. Personal Data

Your privacy is important to us. All data collection and usage is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Covelant, you consent to the processing of your data as described there.

6. Intellectual Property

Covelant's brand, design, content, graphics, hardware designs, and code are owned by Covelant. You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce app or website content

  • Sell, rent, or distribute our materials

  • Use our assets without written permission

7. User-Generated Content

By recording and sharing highlights through Covelant, you:

  • Retain ownership of your match recordings

  • Grant Covelant a non-exclusive licence to use shared content for promotional purposes within the platform

  • Are solely responsible for content you share on third-party platforms

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Covelant available at all times but cannot guarantee:

  • Zero downtime

  • Immediate bug fixes

  • Any specific feature remaining permanently

We may update or discontinue features at any time.

9. AI-Generated Content

Covelant uses AI to generate highlights, stats, and match analysis. These outputs:

  • Are generated automatically and may not be 100% accurate

  • Should not be used as official match records

  • Are provided for entertainment and personal use

10. Limitation of Liability

Covelant is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of recordings or data

  • Inaccurate stats or highlights

  • Camera or service interruptions

  • Any outcome related to how you use the service

Your use of Covelant is at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party tools (analytics, hosting, social media platforms). These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
